Wise, Esq., has written a compelling new book called Rattling the Cage: Toward Legal Rights for Animals. Wise, whom USA Today describes as "the country's best-known animal lawyer," presents a forceful argument for extending basic legal rights to animals, beginning with chimpanzees and bonobos.
